1. Where are you located?

I am located in Germany.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. I ship worldwide with DHL. You will receive a tracking number soon after your purchase.

3. Is shipping really free?

Yes. I ship all plants worldwide without any extra charges.

4. I live outside of europe, can you provide a phytosanitary certificate?

Yes. I can provide a phytosanitary certificate if needed. The fee is 30 EUR per certificate. For orders within the EU a phytosanitary certificate is not necessary.

5. Which payment methods are you accepting?

I accept a wide range of payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, GooglePay, ApplePay and more.

6. I am looking for a specific rare plant not listed on your site. Can you get it? 

Yes. Simply contact me with the plant you are looking for and I will do my absolute best to find it for you.

7. Can you give me info on how to care for my plant(s) I bought from you?

Yes. You can contact me anytime and I will gladly help you.

8. What if a plant arrives damaged or gets lost?

This happens rarely, but please contact me and we will work out a solution.
